Note: There’s no limit to the number of businesses you can refer, so your earnings aren’t capped at ₹2,00,000 INR or $2,300 USD.

We want to assure you that we highly value your privacy. We do not share your information with the business you refer. Your contact details and other information you provide will only be used by Lumen Ads for the purpose of managing the Lead & Reward program and contacting you regarding your referrals and payments.

Terms & Conditions

Referrer Conduct for the Lumen Ads Referral Program

Referrers participating in the Lumen Ads Referral Program play a vital role in connecting us with potential clients. To ensure the integrity of our program and maintain a positive brand image, all referrers are expected to adhere to the following conduct guidelines:

1. Accurate Representation:

• Referrers must accurately represent themselves and their relationship with Lumen Ads. Do not misrepresent yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of Lumen Ads unless you have a formal agreement with us stating otherwise.

• Clearly state that you are a referrer participating in the Lumen Ads Referral Program.

2. Truthful and Ethical Communication:

• All communication with potential clients about Lumen Ads and its services must be truthful, accurate, and ethical. Avoid making any false or misleading claims about our services, pricing, or results.

• Do not exaggerate the capabilities of Lumen Ads or make promises that we cannot guarantee.

• Do not disparage or misrepresent competitors or their services.

3. Respectful and Professional Interactions:

• Treat all potential clients with respect and professionalism. Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive language.

• Be responsive to inquiries and provide information in a clear and concise manner.

• Do not engage in any high-pressure sales tactics or make unrealistic promises.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

• Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to marketing and advertising. This includes regulations regarding spam, privacy, and data protection.

• Do not send unsolicited emails or other forms of communication to individuals who have not expressed an interest in Lumen Ads' services.

5. Protection of Lumen Ads' Brand:

• Referrers must protect and uphold the reputation and brand image of Lumen Ads. Avoid any actions that could damage our brand or tarnish our reputation.

• Do not use Lumen Ads' logo, trademarks, or other branding materials without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality:

• If you have access to any confidential information about Lumen Ads or its clients, you must maintain the confidentiality of that information. Do not disclose any confidential information to third parties.

7. Transparency and Disclosure:

• Be transparent about your participation in the Lumen Ads Referral Program. Disclose your relationship with Lumen Ads when communicating with potential clients.

• Inform potential clients that you may receive a referral reward if they sign a contract with Lumen Ads.

8. No Unauthorized Contact:

• Do not contact potential clients on behalf of Lumen Ads without our prior consent. All initial contact should be made by the potential client or through the designated referral channels.

• Do not represent yourself as authorized to negotiate contracts or make any binding agreements on behalf of Lumen Ads.

9. Adherence to Program Terms:

• Referrers must adhere to all terms and conditions of the Lumen Ads Referral Program. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

10. Reporting Unethical Behavior:

• If you become aware of any unethical or inappropriate behavior by another referrer, please report it to Lumen Ads immediately.

Consequences of Violations:

Any referrer found to be in violation of these conduct guidelines will be immediately disqualified from the program. All pending rewards will be forfeited. Lumen Ads reserves the right to take further action as necessary, including legal action, to protect its brand and reputation.

By participating in the Lumen Ads Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Referrer Conduct guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our program and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

Transparent. Simple. Rewarding.

1. Eligibility: The program is open to anyone.

2. Qualified Referral: A referral is qualified if:

The referred business is a new client to Lumen Ads.

The referred business is a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand operating on e-commerce channels and marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Blinkit, Zepto, Myntra, Flipkart or similar platforms.

The referred business signs a contract with a Net Contract Value of at least ₹60,000 per month ($688/Month) and for L&R ₹45000 ($517/Month).

The referred business completes their initial onboarding process.

3. Referral Reward:

The reward amount is determined based on the Net Contract Value of the referred client's initial contract, according to the reward tiers/percentage defined above. Renewals or subsequent contracts do not qualify for a referral reward.

The final reward amount is at the sole discretion of Lumen Ads.

4. Payment Terms:

• The referral reward is payable only after the referred client has made their first full payment to Lumen Ads and after 7 to 35 days waiting period from the client's first payment date. This waiting period accounts for potential cancellations or refunds.

• Payouts are released every 3 months if it meets the minum payout of INR 45000 or $516. This should be the minimum 3 months total to be eligible for the payout or the RnE program

• If the referred client's contract stipulates payment terms of quarterly rather than monthly, the referrer's payment will be processed after the first full quarter's payment is received.

5. Verification: Lumen Ads reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals. Providing false information will result in disqualification.

6. No Guarantee of Contract: Lumen Ads does not guarantee that any referred business will sign a contract.

7. Exclusivity: Only the first referrer to register a referral for a specific business will be eligible for the reward.

8. Modification of Terms: Lumen Ads reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

9. Disputes: In case of any disputes, the decision of Lumen Ads shall be final.

10. Program Termination: Lumen Ads reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time with 14 days prior notice.

11. Taxes: Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the referral reward.

12. Anti-Fraud Measures

• No Self-Referrals: Referrers cannot earn rewards for their own business.

• Lead Ownership: Disputes over lead ownership require documentation (e.g., timestamped emails).

• Audit Rights: Lumen Ads may request proof of referral legitimacy.

• Termination: Fraudulent activity voids all rewards and bans the referrer.
